I use a natural product that a friend recommended, so far so good, but I'll let you know if it works (if I don't get the flu!)  It's called Sambucol, and my friend swears by it.. so trying it this year.

I want to thank you so much for the flu prevention tip Sambucol.

My daughter is allergic to the flu shot and I have been really concerned what the options are.  We have been going through this every year since she was 4. She is a hairdresser and esthetician and has severe asthma.  I went right out and bought it and we are both taking it, 2 tsp a day.  I even feel better overall.  I can't thank you enough.  I wish you good luck.
